Our mission is to seek out under-served shelters and communities where we can make the biggest lifesaving impact.
Our goal is to create a world where the kind and rewarding experience of adoption is the standard.
We do this through tireless passion, commitment, and advocacy.

You Can Save A Life
Adopt a Pet
Every year approximately 2.7 million adoptable dogs and cats are euthanized here in the U.S. alone. When you adopt you directly make a difference in reducing this plight and add a loving family member to your home.
FOSTER A PET
By taking an animal in need temporarily into your home you are freeing up space at our facility and or a shelter cage so we can rescue another dog that is out of time and in danger of being euthanized for space at a shelter.
Rescuing Pets
Ruff House rescues dogs and cats from many different
high-kill shelters around the country and when possible even outside of the United States.
Forever homes
When a rescue pet is saved from a shelter, it’s time to find them a home. Once pets are safe in the care of our rescue we will work tirelessly to find a forever home.
Spay & Neuter
No pet may be adopted without being spayed or neutered. One of the very reasons that animal rescues exist is because of the lack of spay/neuter legislation.
RAISING AWARENESS
Ruff House presents to many organizations, schools and participates in events to raise awareness of animal plight. Millions of animals are needlessly killed yearly.
